People who use the road between Wanaka and Tarras, State Highway 8A, may experience some disruptions next week as NZTA begins work to strengthen the bridge.
The bridge will be closed for a full day on Tuesday June 20 followed by night work over a three to four week period again with detours in place during the hours of 8pm and 6am on weeknights Monday to Thursday finishing in mid July.
Detours will be in place via Camp Hill Road.
