Victory for local crash rescue team

[caption id="attachment_3985" align="alignleft" width="433"] Pictured: The crash rescue team - Travis Purnell, Jodie Rainsford, Mark Strang, Rob Thorpe, Justin Stowell and Jarrod Wellman.[/caption] The team ranked first out of the whole of the South Island for their trauma response and came top of Otago Southland in the team leader and time-critical rescue categories. Their time-critical rescue was also ranked second out of the entire South Island. The team wish to thank everyone who donated old cars to help them train and practise for the event. They will compete in the national competition in New Plymouth in May.
